Glaucoma remains the leading cause of irreversible blindness all over the world and may be symptomless until vision is loss
Although, Glaucoma has no cure, however it can be successfully managed.
You are at Risk of Glaucoma:
ππ½ If you are over age 40
ππ½ Have family members with glaucoma
ππ½Have high intraocular (eye) pressure
ππ½ If you are farsighted or nearsighted
ππ½ Have had an eye injury or eye surgery
ππ½ Use long-term steroids medications
ππ½Have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, sickle cell anaemia, poor blood circulation or other health problems affecting the whole body

ππ½Eat well to see well.
ππ½ Protect your eyes from injury.
ππ½Protect your eyes from sunlight.
